About Thales Peterson

Thales Peterson’s journey through soccer and life is a story of resilience and growth. With over 22 years of experience, Thales holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and a Master’s degree in Soccer. He has coached at the professional level, working with thousands of soccer players, from grassroots to the highest stages.

Thales is not only an accomplished coach with a USSF A License but also a mentor who has dedicated his career to developing discipline, mental resilience, and confidence in his players. His story of overcoming challenges—both personally and professionally—shapes his coaching philosophy, which is focused on helping athletes unlock their full potential. 

He founded The 1% Club to embody this mission: that consistent, 1% daily progress leads to remarkable transformation, on and off the field.
